Do you ship World Wide?
  • Yes!  We ship world wide. 
  • Currently we are not shipping to Germany due to change of shipment laws.
How much is shipping?
  • UK domestic shipping starts at £4 for standard (1st class), £5 for express (first class signed).
  • International shipping starts at £7 for standard and £12 for express (tracked).
  • Please understand that shipping prices are out of our control.
  • Tracking is advised for international orders.
I got the wrong item(s)/ I am missing an item(s), what are the next steps?
  • Please refer to the contact page. Include your order number and a photo of the package with the items in your message. We will aim to reply within the next 24 hours and resolve the issue.
Can I combine my orders?
  • If we have not already packaged and labeled your original order this is possible. Please contact us with your order numbers to check in with us. 

Can cancel or return my order?

  • Shining Pins does not do returns, refunds, or exchanges, unless a preorder is not funded.
  • Return label is placed on packaging in event of wrong address inserted or any other postal inconveniences. This is not for returning items.
I just placed my order, when will you send it out?
  • For in-stock orders we will aim to send it out the following Monday.
  • For pre-orders it will take around 4-6 weeks. Please regard the production time and shipping from the manufacterer to us.
Can I order in-stock and pre-order items at the same time?
  • Yes, However we will send all your  items together as this saves a lot of packaging materials and saves any confusion for us. 
Can I use more than one discount code at once?
  • No, only one code can be used at a time.

My package has not arrived, what are the next steps?

  • If you are ordering internationally, your package may be in customs or still in transit. Please wait a total of 4 weeks before contacting your local postal service. 
  • If in need of assistance, please contact Shining Pins and we can open a case with the postal service on your behalf. 
  • We can try our best to retrieve your package or receive compensation for you however Shining Pins is not personally accountable for lost, stolen or damaged packages. 
  • Shining pins is not responsible for any customs fees or extra costs after shipment.

Shining Pins is not responsible if you have entered the wrong address in your order or changed addresses without informing us. Please contact us if either instances occour.
